Our event space is a modern and versatile venue that can host a variety of events such as weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
The Anchor Social Hall offers two options when booking. Either book for a 4-hour block or enjoy the Social Hall all day with our daily rate.
We offer pricing for weekday, weekend, daily and 4-hour blocks. We also offer special non-profit and celebration of life pricing.
Our rates range from $375-$850, depending on time, day of the week and event. Please email us today to get a quote for your specific needs.

All rental fees are subject to Virginia Sales Tax of 6%.
Booking hours can be anytime from 8am-12am and first come, first serve. Extended hours can be considered on a case-by-case basis. Multiple events can be booked each day, however, there will be at least two hours in between each event to allow for cleaning and resetting the space.
Your rental fee includes everything for the event space itself. The modern and clean 2,400 square foot event space is equipped with 20 tables, 100 chairs, 5 high top tables and multiple lounge areas. Three bathrooms, an elegant dressing room, modern décor and lighting help The Anchor stand out from a basic event space.
In addition to the venue cost, you will be required to pay a security deposit of $250. This fee will be returned to you if there is no damage to the Social Hall. If the post-event inspection of the Facilities by The Anchor Management determines there is damage in excess of the fee, the user will be responsible for the cost.
Payments may be made through our website via credit card. Payment in full (security deposit + rental fee) is due upon booking.

All payments are non-refundable. You may change the date for a $150 fee, if the new desired date is available. Any date change has to be done with at least 30 days prior to the original date.
When you rent The Anchor, the space is yours. There will be no other events taking place at the same time.
We will provide a full service clean up after the event. However, anything brought into the venue by the renter, vendors, caterers, and guests shall be removed within the rental time of the event.
The Anchor will provide the tables & chairs requested at the time of booking for your event. You may enter the event space at the time your contract states that your event starts. (No early entry will be permitted.)
We will go through the options with you prior to finalizing the contract. We offer many different options.
We offer tables, chairs, high top tables, lounge areas and a general clean and inviting aesthetic.
The Anchor Social Hall capacity is 150 people, standing room only. With seating for 100 guests.
There are three bathrooms plus a dressing room available for you and your guests.
We offer two options when renting The Anchor Social Hall. Hourly and daily. Dates and times are subject to availability. You may also rent on a reoccurring basis or multi-day rental.
Yes, you can bring in your own food/drinks. We offer a standard size fridge, freezer, microwave, ice maker and food warmer for your use, as well as a staging area for you to prepare and store your excess items during your event.
